As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Branch office operations. Branch Man 90k-$120k Position Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong combination of industrial electrical expertise, leadership ability, and business development acumen. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled electrical professionals while developing customer relationships and ensuring the branch meets or exceeds revenue and performance goals. Branch Man 90k-$120k Key Responsibilities Business Development Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. Identify customer needs and prepare accurate, competitive project estimates and quotations. Grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Ensure project pricing, profitability, and gross margins align with company objectives. Collaborate with business development personnel to achieve branch revenue goals. Maintain an individual sales target and contribute directly to branch growth. Branch Man 90k-$120k Branch Operations Lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales, staffing, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage branch P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and gross margin performance. Recruit, hire, train, and develop branch personnel. Assign resources effectively to meet project and customer demands. Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment. Monitor project execution, labor utilization, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Branch Man 90k-$120k Leadership & Team Development Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management for a team of 5 15 employees. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Motivate employees to achieve personal and branch performance goals. Serve as a role model for company values and customer service excellence. Branch Man 100k-$120k Required Qualifications 5+ years of management experience within a trades-related industry; electrical industry experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in business development, sales, forecasting, and budgeting. Proven experience managing profit and loss statements and driving revenue growth. Strong project management and workforce planning experience. Ability to lead, coach, and develop a multi-level workforce. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Valid Driver's License. Electrical Certification or License required. Branch Man 100k-$120k Preferred Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License. Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Industrial electrical contracting or service management experience. Experience managing customer relationships in manufacturing and industrial environments. Branch Man 100k-$120k
