Agreement to these terms
Welcome to MovaClick. By accessing or using our United States job portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to visitors browsing jobs, as well as administrators and recruiters who manage or promote listings.
What MovaClick provides
MovaClick is a discovery platform for U.S. employment opportunities. We display job information such as position title, advertiser name, location, area, compensation details when available, and application links.
We are not the employer for most listings. When you apply through an external application URL, you deal directly with that employer or partner under their own terms and processes.
Eligibility
The Service is intended for users located in or seeking work within the United States who are legally able to form a binding agreement.
Account features (admin and recruiter portals) are available only to authorized users with credentials we issue or approve.
Your responsibilities
Use the Service lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to scrape aggressively, disrupt operations, bypass security, or misuse accounts.
If you post or upload job content (including XML bulk uploads), you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
Job listings & accuracy
Listings may come from employers, agencies, or partner feeds. While we aim for a useful USA-focused experience, we do not guarantee that every posting is current, complete, or error-free.
Salary figures, employment type, and location fields are provided as available. Always confirm details with the hiring organization before accepting an offer.
MovaClick may edit, refuse, or remove listings that appear outdated, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
Intellectual property
MovaClick branding, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for competing products without permission.
Job descriptions and advertiser materials remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing them for personal job-seeking or authorized recruiting use is allowed; redistributing bulk listing data without permission is not.
Third-party links
Application URLs and external sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or hiring decisions.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY U.S. LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that use of MovaClick will result in employment, interviews, or any particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MovaClick and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Indemnification
If you upload jobs or use admin/recruiter tools, you agree to indemnify and hold MovaClick harmless from claims arising out of content you submit or your misuse of the Service, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in the United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protections where mandatory.
Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
