Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Residential HVAC Instructor to be the ultimate technical authority for our workforce. You will guide new hires through an intensive bootcamp and provide ongoing mentorship to our veteran service team in our 7,000 square foot lab.

Key Qualifications

7 plus years in residential heating and air conditioning service. Experience teaching technicians/installers in the field Expertise in two stage and variable speed systems. EPA Certification required. Clean driving record and ability to pass all home service background requirements.
