Director of Surgical Services

A Hospital in Houston is seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead its surgical services department. As the Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Surgical Services, overseeing clinical excellence, staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, patient flow, physician collaboration, and team development while driving exceptional patient outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required Master's Degree preferred Minimum 1 year of recent Surgical Services leadership experience as a Director or a strong Surgical Services Manager ready to step into a Director role Minimum 3 years of Surgical Services experience Pediatric experience is highly preferred (staff-level experience in Pediatrics, Mother-Baby, NICU, or Labor & Delivery will be considered) Schedule: • Full-Time • Day Shift • No Weekends $116,251 $164,366 per year Incentive Bonus of up to 17.5% Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis
