Normal business hours of operation are Monday-Friday, falling between 8:00am-6pm, generally in 8 hour work days. 25% off employee discount All team members are eligible for a 90-day raise Career Growth Opportunities Job Details Supports KARM Stores in their effort to be safe and effective by maintaining, repairing and/or replacing fixtures such as light, plumbing, HVAC units, doors and other necessary elements. Uses and maintains maintenance tools, equipment and supplies. Maintains, repairs and/or replaces electrical outlets and switches as needed to ensure proper function and safety. Performs other general maintenance related issues that may occur. Driving between stores - as needed. KARM Store facilities - sales floor, offices, receiving & processing areas, bathrooms, warehouse areas, break rooms, storage pods and backrooms, some air conditioned, and some with only heat in winter or fan ventilation in summer (as needed) Qualifications M ust be 18 years of age, or older. Must have a valid driver's license with F endorsement Must have a good driving record. Must provide proof of personal vehicle insurance to verify insurability. Must comply with Hands Free Tennessee law. Ability to use a cell phone, tablet, and GPS. Ability driver manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Forklift experience preferred Physical Demands Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crawling while using hand tools 50% of the time Climbing Ladders 25% of the time Driving Safely 10% of the time Use hands to handle documents, keyboards, phones, etc. 5% of the time Lifting 100 lbs 10-20%, Lifting 50 lbs up to 40-50% Talk or hear Manual dexterity Vision Compensation details: 17-17 Hourly Wage
