SNS Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help maintain our apartment community in West Chester, OH . We provide the vehicle, fuel, tools, and support-you bring the technical skills and pride in your work. Best of all: No unit turns. This role focuses on resident service requests and preventative maintenance. What You'll Do Complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs Perform preventative maintenance throughout the community Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide quality repairs Communicate professionally with residents Document completed work using a smartphone What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance or skilled trade experience Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs EPA Universal Certification preferred Valid driver's license Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused What We Offer Top industry pay based on experience Company vehicle with fuel provided All tools and equipment supplied Paid training and ongoing development 120 hours PTO in your first year 7 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Company-paid short-term disability Unique Dream Vacation benefit Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM, plus rotating on-call.
