Primary Counties (6) • Cook County Chicago proper + dense suburbs • DuPage County Oak Brook, Naperville, Downers Grove • Lake County Waukegan, Lake Forest, Libertyville • Will County Joliet, Bolingbrook, Romeoville • Kane County Aurora, Elgin, St. Charles • McHenry County Crystal Lake, McHenry Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Employment Schedule: Monday Friday 70 Per Week (Occasional Saturdays as Required) Additional flexibility may be required based on: • Leadership responsibilities • Client meetings • Strategic planning sessions • Networking events • Business travel • Revenue growth initiatives Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses + Leadership Advancement Opportunities Compensation • Base Salary: $70,000 $120,000 annually (based on qualifications and experience). Position Summary The Sales Senior Account Executive Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new client relationships while expanding the Company's market presence. This role combines strategic business development, consultative selling, relationship management, and account growth. The successful candidate will prospect new business opportunities, build executive relationships, conduct client presentations, coordinate with internal teams, and manage opportunities from initial contact through successful engagement. Primary Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition (60%) • Prospect and develop new business opportunities. • Conduct B2B outreach through phone, email, networking, referrals, and field visits. • Build relationships with business owners, executives, investors, and referral partners. • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings. • Present the Company's services and value proposition. • Generate qualified opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Account Management (20%) • Develop long-term relationships with clients. • Identify opportunities for additional services. • Coordinate client communications. • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction. • Support client retention initiatives. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth (10%) • Achieve assigned sales goals. • Prepare proposals and presentations. • Participate in strategic planning. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts. CRM & Administrative Responsibilities (10%) • Maintain accurate CRM records. • Record all sales activities. • Prepare weekly pipeline reports. • Track follow-up activities and next steps. Qualifications Required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. • Two or more years of experience in sales, account management, business development, financial services, commercial real estate, or consulting. • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. • Strong relationship-building abilities. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Experience using CRM software. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field appointments. Preferred • Commercial real estate experience. • Private wealth management or financial services experience. • Business consulting experience. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
