SEC Reporting Director Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) or Remote (U.S.) Salary up to $162,000 Base + 15% Bonus We are working with a great client of ours to find their next SEC Reporting Director due to a retirement. The SEC Reporting Director will lead SEC reporting activities for a growing organization. This role is hybrid with 2 days onsite with flexibility to be remote. High-visibility leadership role Direct interaction with executive leadership Significant ownership and autonomy Hybrid or remote flexibility Competitive compensation and bonus opportunity Responsibilities of the SEC Reporting Director Own the SEC reporting process, including 10-K and 10-Q filings Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements Serve as a technical accounting resource for complex accounting matters Review and enhance financial reporting processes Mentor accounting team members and support leadership initiatives Qualifications of the SEC Reporting Director Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA strongly preferred 10+ years of accounting experience 5+ years of SEC reporting experience Experience owning SEC filings and external reporting Strong Excel and technical accounting skills
