Senior Civil Engineering Manager - (Wind, Solar, BESS & Transmission) Remote with Travel to project locations (up to 50%) Electria is a project and field services company supporting companies delivering large-scale energy projects across North America. We are searching for a Senior Civil Engineering Manager. About the Role You'll be the principal for specifications, design and construction of civil infrastructure across the portfolio. From site layouts and foundations to supporting structures you'll be combining strong technical expertise with hands-on project management. What You'll Do Manage third parties and Owner's Engineering services throughout project delivery Support tender processes, contract negotiations and due diligence Manage the RFI and submittal process (via Procore) and oversee QA/QC procedures Act as primary contact for road improvements with outside agencies (DOT, commissioners, etc.) Conduct site visits/inspections and supervise contractor proposals and works Capture and share lessons learned across projects. What You'll Bring PE License Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university; EIT 4+ years' relevant experience in the renewables industry Willingness to travel up to 50% Interested or know someone great for this role?
